1. Who can use the Forum
You must be at least 18 years old. One person, one account. Keep your password private — you’re responsible for what’s posted from your account.
2. Not legal or financial advice
Everything on the Forum — including answers from SingleDebt advisors — is general information to help you understand your options. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it doesn’t create a lawyer–client or advisor–client relationship. Always get advice from a qualified professional before making decisions about your debts or legal matters.
3. About SingleDebt
SingleDebt is a private debt resolution consultancy. It is not a bank, NBFC or lender, and it offers paid services separately from this Forum. The Forum itself is free. Answers marked as expert answers are written by SingleDebt staff.
4. Your posts
- You own what you post. You give SingleDebt a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, store, format and keep it on the Forum (including after you leave, in anonymised form).
- Make sure you have the right to post it, and that it’s accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Don’t post anything that identifies you or anyone else — no account numbers, loan IDs, phone numbers, addresses or documents.
- Posting anonymously hides your name from others, but not from our moderators (see the Privacy Policy).
5. What’s not allowed
You must not use the Forum to: harass, threaten or abuse anyone; act as or for a recovery agent, lender or loan broker; advertise or solicit business; post spam, scams or links to them; share someone else’s personal information; impersonate anyone; post anything illegal; or try to break, overload or scrape the site. 6. Moderation
We may review, edit, hide or remove any content, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, with or without notice. Posts reported by several members may be hidden automatically until a moderator reviews them.
7. Links
The Forum may link to other websites, including SingleDebt’s main site. We’re not responsible for other sites’ content or practices.
8. No guarantees
The Forum is provided “as is”. We try to keep information accurate and the site available, but we don’t guarantee that any answer is complete, correct or right for your situation, or that the site will always be available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SingleDebt is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Forum or reliance on anything posted on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using the Forum and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
